Founder and Head Coach, St. Christopher Academy

Brian L. Clifton has spent nearly three decades doing the specific thing this program sets out to do. As director of D-One Sports he coached John Wall from his high school years through the No. 1 pick in the 2010 NBA Draft, along with Ryan Kelly, who won a national championship at Duke before the Lakers drafted him, and Quincy Miller, who went from Baylor to the Denver Nuggets. He holds a USA Basketball Gold Coach License and was named among Bleacher Report's 50 Most Influential People in College Basketball History. As Executive Director of International Initiatives and Strategic Partnerships for The Grind Session, he works inside the circuit college coaches actually watch. At St. Christopher he pairs that experience with an accredited, NCAA-approved academic path, because eligibility comes before recruitment.
